All JUPek Studio products are individually manufactured to order (print-on-demand). This allows us to avoid overproduction and unnecessary inventory.

Production time

Production begins after we receive your order.
The production time is usually a few working days before the item is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped once production is complete.
The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address.

We currently deliver within the European Union .

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the order process and depend on:

• the country of delivery

• the type of products ordered

Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated in the shop.

Shipping partner & shipping location

Your order will be manufactured by our production partners and shipped from the nearest location whenever possible to reduce delivery routes and transport times.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number , provided this is supplied by the shipping provider.
