All JUPek Studio products are individually manufactured to order (print-on-demand). This allows us to avoid overproduction and unnecessary inventory.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only possible in the following cases :

The item has a manufacturing defect .

The item arrived damaged.

The wrong item was sent.
Returns or exchanges due to dislike , incorrect size selection or personal preferences are excluded.
Procedure for damaged or defective items

as well as informative photos of the article
Upon review of the case, we will either arrange for a replacement delivery or a refund , provided the claim is justified.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after verification of the reported defect.
The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Returns
Please do not return items to us without contacting us first .
Unannounced returns cannot be assigned and therefore cannot be processed.
The return address will be provided to you during the processing of your request.
Information on the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for goods manufactured individually on order in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
