All products from JUPek Studio are individually made to order (print-on-demand) to avoid overproduction.
Cancellation before Production Begins
Orders can only be cancelled as long as they have not yet been transferred to production. As many of our products are individually made to order, a cancellation after production has started may no longer be possible.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected, where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can return items within 14 days even without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

Please do not send the goods back to the manufacturer or production partner, even if their address should be indicated on the packaging or shipping label.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods were faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For quick allocation of your return, we recommend including the order number with the return or contacting us in advance by email at info@jupekstudio.de. However, this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For products that are not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
The statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged, has a production defect, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at:

Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal. We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
